Petition to allow Democratic Candidate William F. Gates to participate in the 2026 Mass Dems state convention
My name is William F. Gates. I am a resident of Worcester, a Father of 3, a retired Firefighter, a High School Physics Teacher, and I am running for the United States Senate from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts — not because it is an easy time to do it, but because the moment demands it. If you are a 2026 MassDems Convention Delegate, Alternate, Chair, or Add-On Delegate, then please consider signing the petition linked below, to allow me to bring the issues I'm fighting for to our convention. These issues deserve a voice in the debate about our future.
Today I am humbly asking for your help. I cannot stand aside from this contest and this moment of great and unprecedented peril for our nation and the future of organized human culture.
The petition has been approved by the Massachusetts Democratic Party - MassDems - and is in accord with the DSC Convention rules for the Massachusetts 2026 Nominating Convention. Your signature is not a commitment to vote for me or to support me as a candidate. It is simply a non-binding demonstration of support that will be kept anonymous and reflects only that I may participate in the 2026 Democratic Convention as a candidate for the U.S. Senate.
